What we record, and for how long

Plain version, because you should be able to read this in a minute.

What is recorded

Your answers, as audio and video, from the moment you press Start until the interview ends.
A written transcript of what you said.
Basic technical events — whether you switched away from the tab, whether the connection dropped. These are shown to the hiring team as context, never used to reject anyone automatically.
Your CV, if you uploaded one, and the details you typed into the application form.

Who sees it

The hiring team for the role you applied to. The interview is conducted by an AI, and an AI produces a first assessment, but a person reads it and makes every decision.

The system that scores your interview is given the transcript only — not your name, your photo or your CV — so that it scores what you said.

How long it is kept

Recordings and transcripts are deleted 400 days after your interview. You can ask for them to be deleted sooner, and we will do it.

What you agreed to

“I understand this interview is conducted by an AI, that my audio, video and answers will be recorded and reviewed by the hiring team, and that my recording is stored securely and deleted according to the retention period on the privacy page.”
